Composition Basics for Street
Frames, edges, and waiting — simple composition habits that keep street frames clean.

Street photography rewards patience more than gear. Composition is mostly about what you leave out.
Edges
Check all four corners before you press. A half-cut sign or stray arm can break an otherwise quiet frame.
Layers
Foreground, middle, background. Even a simple sidewalk scene gains depth when something sits near the lens.
Waiting
Find the stage first. Then wait for a figure to enter. The frame is already finished; people only complete it.
